Why can't I create a post in the forums?

How do I become a web administrator?
Answer:
The Web Administrators are responsible for making sure the site's purpose isn't abused and for managing the content submitted by the users. However anyone who's interested is welcome to request it. Though only current team members and mentors may become web administrators.
Question:
How do I add a photo?
Answer:
To upload a photo we request that you be a member of team 548 or higher ranking and go to our photos page and visit the category you want to upload photos in. Once you have entered the selected directory to upload your photos visit the bottom of the page and you will see an upload photo window with a button to select the photo and two optional input boxes to suggest a title and a description.
